David J. Karbasian, Esq.

Cherry Hill Personal Injury Lawyer – Firm Founder
David Karbasian, Esq. has built his career on standing up for people whose lives have been unexpectedly disrupted by serious injuries, accidents, and hardship. For more than 30 years, he has advocated for clients throughout New Jersey in legal matters involving motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, defective products, construction accidents, workers’ compensation claims, and other complex injury and insurance disputes.
“When I sign up for a case, I am in it for the long haul. I cannot put my clients fully back to the way they were, but I can fight to make sure they are compensated for what they have lost.”
David’s path to practicing law began while serving as a juror in a case involving an elderly woman fighting an insurance company over coverage for fire damage to her home. Witnessing the imbalance between one individual and a powerful company inspired him to pursue a legal career focused on helping injured people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
David understands that serious injuries often affect far more than a person’s physical health. He sees firsthand the emotional and financial strain injuries can place on individuals and families, impacting careers, daily life, and future plans. Known for his calm and practical approach, Dave works closely with clients to move cases forward efficiently while aggressively pursuing the compensation they need to rebuild their lives.
David is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor reserved for attorneys who have secured multimillion-dollar verdicts or settlements. He has also been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 for the State of New Jersey, among other professional honors.
Beyond his legal practice, David remains deeply committed to charitable and community service throughout South Jersey. He has served in numerous volunteer and leadership roles supporting community outreach initiatives and charitable organizations throughout Camden County and the surrounding communities.
